Terms of service

Last updated 30 October 2026

These terms apply to every use of Travuso, the platform for travel websites, bookings, payments, CRM and marketing provided by Trimowa UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Ursulinenstraße 35, 66111 Saarbrücken, Germany (“Travuso”, “we”). By creating an account or ordering a service, you (“the client”) accept these terms.

1. Business customers only

Travuso is offered exclusively to businesses: companies, sole traders and other professionals acting in their trade or business. It is not offered to consumers. By signing up you confirm that you use Travuso for your business.

2. Our services

Travuso provides hosted travel website designs, tools to manage tours, destinations, pages and enquiries, online booking and payment features, an AI writing assistant and related services, as described on travuso.com when you order. We host and maintain the platform. We may improve and change features, as long as the main purpose of your plan is not materially reduced.

Optional services, such as the done-for-you set-up, travel marketing or a custom website design, are agreed separately in a proposal or order and are governed by these terms unless the proposal says otherwise.

3. Account and free trial

You need an account to use Travuso. Keep your login details secret; you are responsible for activity under your account. New accounts include a free trial of 14 days from the day you sign up. Your website stays offline until you add a payment method. Your first payment is due when the trial ends and your plan then renews until you cancel. You can cancel before the first payment at no charge. If no payment method is on file by the end of the trial, your dashboard becomes read-only. Section 11 applies to your content from then on.

4. Prices and payment

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the prices shown on travuso.com or in your proposal, plus VAT where applicable. Payment is made by card or another method offered at checkout, through our payment provider Stripe. Extra AI drafts beyond your plan are billed with your plan. If a payment fails and is not resolved after reminders, we may suspend your website until it is paid. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; you may cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Travuso Payments

If you take online payments from guests, you open a payment account with our payment partner Stripe and accept Stripe’s connected account terms. The fee for online payments is 4.9% + $0.30 per online payment, card fees included, deducted automatically from each payment. You are responsible for your contracts with your guests, including prices, cancellations and refunds, and for handling disputes raised by guests.

6. Your content and your guests

You keep all rights to the content you add, such as texts, photos, logos and tour information. You grant us the right to host, copy and display it as needed to provide the service. You confirm that you have the rights to all content you upload and that it does not break any law or the rights of others.

You are responsible for the content of your website, including legal pages such as your own imprint, terms and privacy policy, and for meeting the travel and consumer laws that apply to your business. Texts drafted by the AI writer must be checked by you before you publish them.

7. Data protection

We process personal data of your guests on your behalf as a processor. Our data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR forms part of these terms and is available on request at hello@travuso.com. How we handle your own data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Fair use

You may not use Travuso for illegal content, spam, fraud, malware or anything that harms the platform or other clients. We may suspend a website immediately if it seriously breaks these rules or the law, and we will tell you why.

9. Availability

We work to keep Travuso available around the clock. Short interruptions for maintenance, security updates or reasons outside our control (for example failures of internet providers) can occur. We schedule planned maintenance at quiet times where possible.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible and on which you may regularly rely), and then limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is excluded.

For loss of data, our liability is limited to the effort needed to restore data that you would have been able to restore with regular backups of your own.

11. Term and cancellation

Monthly plans run until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing in your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. We may cancel with 30 days’ notice, or immediately for good cause. The retention period starts when your paid period or your trial ends, not when you cancel. For 90 days after that, you can sign in to a read-only dashboard, download your content and data, or choose a plan to continue. After those 90 days, your website becomes eligible for deletion. Deletion is deferred while a guest payment is in progress, until 30 days after a paid trip has ended, while gift voucher credit is valid, during an open payment dispute, or where the law requires us to keep records; such cases are reviewed by a person at the latest 12 months after the 90 days. During a deferral your website stays offline and your dashboard read-only. Backup copies are deleted on a rolling 30-day schedule and are not accessible through your dashboard. Your domain always stays yours.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We will email you about changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not object before then, the new terms apply; we will point this out in our email. If you object, either party may end the contract when the changes take effect.

13. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or have no general place of jurisdiction in Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Saarbrücken, Germany. If any provision is invalid, the rest of these terms remain in effect. If the English and German versions of these terms differ, the German version prevails.
